I am Galia – a mother of a 13-year-old disturber, a poetry lover and a partner of human performance.

This space is my invitation to connect and collaborate on what I call human foundation work – awareness, competence, and growth.

I believe in the power of intention, deep thinking and daily presence. My gift is helping people shine through a blend of assessment, coaching and advice that supports meaningful, lasting progress.

My fascination with human nature began in childhood and has led me on a winding exploration of what enables people to thrive. Educated in social sciences and political communication, I have built my expertise across scientific research, management consultancy, human resources, and international business.

Over the past 25+ years, my work in executive search, executive assessment and talent management, has given me a deep perspective on both corporate environments and entrepreneurship. I have designed and delivered more than 5500 executive assessment and talent development initiatives.

My qualifications span communication, HR, behaviour sciences, assessment methodologies. I am a certified user of globally recognized tools including SHL, DISC, NEO PR, AMI, Hogan, PASSAT, MBTI and others.

I am also trained as a cognitive behavioural therapist and bibliotherapist and I am an accredited professional coach (PCC) and a member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF). My coaching education includes a Certificate in Neuroscience of Coaching, an ACE Journey to Mastery Certfication, Foundation of Team and Group Coaching, and The Art of Developmental Coaching.
